Customer Care Associate

Eastern Surfaces is an innovative leader in the manufacturing of natural stone, quartz and solid surface countertops. We combine a high-tech production facility, outstanding customer service and old-world craftsmanship to ensure the finest quality for your home or business. Our company is growing and we are currently accepting applications for a Customer Care Associate.

The right candidate will be a professional who is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, possesses a friendly phone demeanor, and has had prior customer service experience. Job responsibilities would include:

  • Make outbound customer calls to relay job information, as well as respond to inbound calls.
  • Update software to reflect changing customer needs or jobsite details.
  • Provide back-up showroom assistance where required.
  • Must be able to type accurately and enter data into our computer system.
  • Provide administrative support to the office staff as needed.

Work hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm M-F. You will also be required to work an occasional Saturday (1 per month), 9am – 1pm.
